Buttermilk Facial Recipe

Facial_Mask

Happy Tuesday Everyone!

How was your weekend Bloggee’s and Bloggette’s ? Did you get up to anything nice?

I was at Babylon at Kensington Roof Gardens on Friday night for a romantic dinner with the Beloved and afterwards we went to the club to shake a few legs. Unfortunately the music was much to be desired so we didn’t stay long but apart from that we had a lovely time and I can’t wait to return in the summer nearer my birthday so I can take full advantage of the beautiful 1 and a half acre landscaped gardens.

Todays free recipe is for a facial mask. The time is now to get your face in ultimate condition for your holidays and this buttermilk mask will help you do that by not only rejuvenating your skin but giving it a boost of moisture and nourishment. It’s perfect to use all year round but it’s especially effective in winter. It only has a few ingredients in it so it should be easy peasy to do (no point in giving you a recipe with hundreds of ingredients in it as then you wouldn’t do it and that just would never do!). I personally love this recipe in particular for the buttermilk which is so good in skin recipes because of the amazingly silky texture it imparts.

Ingredients

3 tablespoons of fresh Buttermilk

2 1/2 tablespoons of Oatflour

1 tablespoon of Flaxseed or Carrotseed oil

Directions

Mix ingredients together. Apply to face and allow to dry before removing with lukewarm water and pat dry.

Don’t forget we’ve got another bank holiday to look forward to this weekend. Make the most of it and get your skin nice and lovely! 🙂

Till we speak again

Love,

Tori
